I can’t believe today is the 100th of school for my daughter. Time has flew so fast this year.
I’m so happy to announce my daughter stayed in school for 100 days. Oh well, she did have two weeks of virtual school after Winter break, BUT other than she stayed in school this year.
My daughter is loving school in a different way again. She’s older and in person just like she was in preschool. The smile on her face when comes out of school is priceless.
I’m so glad she can experience full day and in person again. School is back to normal besides for the mask wearing. My state is lifting the mask soon if the school district believes it’s time.
A part of me is all for the mask disappearing because these kids have suffered enough these last two years. Then, the other half is off me is scared of what’s going to happen. I’m not sure what side to take, but mask can’t stay around forever. Or can they? See, I’m so in the middle. I have no clue what to think.
I’m just happy we survived 100 days.
Life’s good. I’m hoping things start to looks up for here.
So glad to hear things are getting back to normal for you and your daughter! My kids are still learning at home, but I’m hoping they’ll return to the classroom in the fall. I feel the same way about masks. I want people to have more freedom to decide, but I think the situation will determine whether my family and I will continue to wear ours. So far, it doesn’t sound like there are any worse variants out there, so I’m hoping we’re starting to come out of it and things can be more normal than they have been. All the best to you and your family!
