Summer is ending and fall is rolling in. Every “basic white chick” is rejoicing inside because the fall means all her favorite things are out and coming up.

I don’t know about all of you, but I’m so over this summer’s hot and rainy days. I just want to smell the leaves and hear them under my boots. I want my pumpkin latte in my hand as I walk on leaves with a smile on my face.

My mind is wondering with all the things I like about fall. I know all my Basic White Girls are waiting for these things as well!

  13. Bonfires
  14. Perfect messy buns
  15. Long sleeve crop tops
  16. Infinity scarfs
  17. Fall scented candles
  18. Making all your saved up Fall Pinterest recipes
  19. Instagramming the finally results
  20. Stepping on fall leaves

  1. Having lived in Southern California for most of my life, it’s things like this that make me miss the 3 years I spent on the east coast. We don’t have any true seasonal changes here, so I really loved, and sometimes miss, watching the leaves change color. Fall always makes me nostalgic, until I remember I still get to wear cute summer dresses sometimes into November! Even though that usually doesn’t bode well for a good rainy season.
